A big congratulations to newlyweds Zooey and Ben and all the best in their marriage!

Zooey Deschanel, 29, and Death Cab for Cutie singer Ben Gibbard, 33, tied the knot Saturday night near Seattle, her rep tells PEOPLE.

The couple got engaged last year when Gibbard presented Deschanel with a three-carat diamond and platinum Neil Lane ring, a source told PEOPLE at the time.

It’s the on-screen pairing Bones fans have been waiting for. No, not Booth and Brennan — Emily and Zooey! Bones is talking to Emily Deschanel’s movie-star sis, Zooey, about guest-starring this December!

“We’ve been looking for an opportunity to get the Deschanel girls together,” notes exec producer Hart Hanson, “but Zooey’s rockin’ career kept getting in the way.”

Assuming the scheduling can be worked out this time around, Hanson wants the star of this summer’s indie smash (500) Days of Summer to play (natch) a relative of Brennan’s. “We alluded to [her] having a cousin in Minnesota two seasons ago. I’d very much like to meet her in the Christmas episode.”

She And Him will hit the road this summer

M. Ward and actress/singer Zooey Deschanel have announced the dates of a North American tour this summer.

The duo, known as She And Him, are set to kick off their tour in Toronto on July 23.

They’ll then play shows in cities including Philadelphia, New York, Nashville and Chicago before wrapping things up at Washington DC’s V Fest on August 10.

She And Him are supporting their recent debut album, ‘Volume One’.

“Gigantic,” a comedy starring Zooey Deschanel, Paul Dano and John Goodman, has been picked up by foreign sales agent Fortissimo Films.Pic, which is now lensing, is helmed by first-timer Matt Aselton and is skedded for delivery at the end of 2008.

Production is by Christine Vachon’s Killer Films and Mindy Goldberg’s Epoch Films, a commercials company that first ventured into movies with 2005’s “Junebug.”

Fortissimo has previously repped other Killer productions including “Camp” and “Party Monster.”

Zooey Deschanel and Joseph Gordon-Levitt are about to go through one long summer. According to Variety, Deschanel and Gordon-Levitt have signed on for 500 Days of Summer. They are joined by Clark Gregg, Minka Kelly, Matthew Gray Gubler and Rachel Boston in the cast.

The film centers on a man (Gordon-Levitt) who falls head-over-heels in love with a woman (Deschanel). The problem is that the woman doesn’t believe in love.

Scott Neustadter and Michael Weber wrote the screenplay and Marc Webb will direct. Shooting commenced on Tuesday in Los Angeles. No release date has been set.
